General comments:

Brix Smith started Adult Net after she left the Fall (and Mark Smith in the process). Musically, they deal in alternative rock (helpful, huh :-)?), but nowhere near as hard rock as the Fall does. In general, Adult Net's music is very similar to that of many other girl-groups that have dealt in mass-market rock over the years (by notable contrast to the harder rock of such recent female bands as L7, Babes in Toyland, and Hole). All in all, it is well-done of its kind, and pleasant enough listening on its own terms. But it contains nothing to speak of that is innovative, distinctive or unconventional.
