Comparisons:

Hard call. They're pretty unique as far as I know. The vocalist sometimes sounds like Susanne Sunfør. Other artrock bands perhaps? Big Hat or My Scarlet Life perhaps?

Covers/own material:

Own

General comments:

Bent Knee is an artrock/progressive rock/experimental rock band with a powerful vocalist. Their sound is wide-ranging from slightly pop to slightly experimental. Their style varies—the playfulness and the power do not. (sophiagurley@hotmail.com)

Comments:

The songs and in particular Courtney Swain's powerful vocals range from knock-out to sweet to torch. The songs also range that widely. Unpredictable and intriguing. (sophiagurley@hotmail.com)
