Comments:

It's hard not to think of Ani Difranco while listening to Kinsey's record. She has a similar vocal delivery and ferocity. After a while her own voice comes through loud and clear. "Otherwise" is a sweet and evocative song. "Naturally Ripened" is a cool, almost jazzy song with a great mood. "Fireside" is gentle yet intense. "Ruby Quinn" is another jazzy number that showcases Kinsey's strong vocal. An impressive debut in all. (stjarnell@yahoo.com)
