Comments:

Merry Ellen Kirk's debut is a striking one, she writes sensitive yet evocative songs. She has a touch of Imogen Heap's delivery at times, while the music betrays a Sarah McLachlan influence. "Blinding me" is one of the best songs, a piano framing the delicate vocal. "Let it find you" shows Kirk at her best, her sweet vocal set against a nicely constructed backdrop. She's made a lovely album. (stjarnell@yahoo.com)
