Comments:

A nice Christmas ep that Margo Rey delivers well. Nothing too unique, but a solid holiday ep anyway. "Toyland" is a playful and fun song, and "Silent Night" gets a nice reading. (stjarnell@yahoo.com)

Comments:

Margo Rey has a smooth, very accessible sound and a gorgeous voice that she uses very well. Her new album sees her perform some impressive songs. "Get back" recalls early eighties Sade in a languid fashion and is a really cool song. "Saturn Returns" is a nicely played, deftly arranged song with a cool lead vocal. The album ends with a spirited cover of the Zombies' "She's not there" and that's a fitting end to an accomplished album. (stjarnell@yahoo.com)
